Cationic Softener Flake

• Appearance: White to slightly off-white solid flake
• Type: Cationic surfactant (amide-based)
• Solubility: Soluble in water when heated or with proper dispersing agents
• pH: Typically in the acidic range (compatible with cationic systems)
• Handling: Requires proper handling to avoid direct contact with other anionic or nonionic surfactants

• Low yellowing , low viscosity, low foaming.
• Excellent hand feeling, especially bulkiness and softness are all good.
• Good salt and alkali resistance, antistatic properties.
• Suitable for padding and dipping process.

CWS as a low yellowing softener, when treat ready-made clothing, fabrics, towels, yarns and other textiles, the general application recommendations are as follows:

• Dipping process: CWS 0.3 ~ 0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃
• Padding process: CWS 2 ~ 3 g/L, padding at 30-40℃

When treat special fabrics or special finishing requirement, the dosage can be increased or decreased accordingly.

Cold dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse it, stand still for 2-4 hours. After that, stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat to 60-70℃ , continue stir it at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste. (this usually takes 30-60 minutes).

Storage and Package: 25 kg/paper bag.

It should be stored in a cool, dry and dark room.

Shelf Life: one year.
